TICKETS FOR FAMILY REUNIFICATION ARE ISSUED AGAIN, BUT GENERAL PROBLEM REMAINS UNSOLVED

Last Tuesday we reported that Zorpidis, the travel agency responsible for facilitating the flights for Dublin family reunification, has stopped issuing tickets. Today, both Zorpidis and the Greek Dublin Unit confirmed that tickets are being issued again. However, the conflict between Zorpidis and the Greek Asylum Service is unfortunately not solved so far. Until the conflict is resolved, you can expect further delays. There is a big chance that Zorpidis might stop issuing tickets again in the future. At the moment, it is the turn of people who are doing Dublin family reunification to Germany and were approved in April of last year to receive their tickets. The new list for people who were approved to Germany in May 2017 is supposed to be released in the coming weeks. For people doing family reunification to different countries other than Germany, those approved in September 2017 are the ones being transferred. Last month, the Asylum Service issued a list of the case numbers scheduled to get their tickets soon: http://asylo.gov.gr/en/?page_id=3410. The Mobile Info Team will inform you as soon as a new list is published and whenever the general problem between the travel agency and the Greek Asylum Service is resolved completely.ι
