If you lost your Asylum Seeker white card, you need to go to the Asylum Office that issued the card and inform the Asylum Service personnel that you have lost it. You will be given a letter and with this letter you can go to the Police and declare that you lost the white card or it was stolen. The police will provide you with a notice, which you will have to take to the Asylum Service that will issue a replacement card. The process for issuing the new white card will take at least two months. In the meantime you will need to keep both documents to prove your identity - the notice provided by the Police and the letter provided by the Asylum Service. Please note, that this is only possible with a white card issued at your full registration interview. THE WHITE CARD ISSUED AT THE PRE-REGISTRATION IS NOT REPLACEABLE.
