HAVE YOU BEEN PUSHED BACK FROM GREECE TO TURKEY? HERE IS HOW TO REPORT IT

According to Greek and international law, it is illegal to push potential asylum seekers back to Turkey without first assessing if they have a legitimate asylum claim in Greece. However, many refugees continue to tell the Mobile Info Team that they are being pushed back while trying to cross into Greece over the land border at Evros. If this has happened to you or someone you know, there is now something you can do about it! Frontex has created a formal complaint system where you can record and submit your experiences. All of your information is confidential, and the form can be done for free and in your own language. Complaint forms can be found here on their website -https://microsite.frontex.europa.eu/en/Complaints
If you need help submitting a complaint or would like to share your story about being pushed back with us, so that we can apply pressure on the Greek state to stop this illegal practice, you can contact us on this Whatsapp number: 0030 694 431 2793. Please only send voice messages or written messages. We cannot receive any calls! We will treat all the information you give to us confidentially and only pass on information when we have your explicit consent. Please only contact us on this number if you want to tell us something about your pushback and not if you have any other questions. Other questions you can be sent to us here on Facebook or on our hotline.
