If you have received a rejection for your asylum application in Greece, you have the right to lodge an appeal against the rejection. You have only a limited amount of time to appeal. Under the normal procedure, it is 30 days. But please always check the timeframe with the Asylum Office, because under other procedures the deadline may be shorter. If you appealed in time, you have the right to stay in Greece until you will receive a decision on your appeal. Always try to get legal help, when you have been rejected for asylum.
